psonar - Parallelized SONic Analysis Routines

This is the new sorting code cologne, ftSOCO, improved for digital fast timing using the binary data of the Caen NuDAQ of IKP. The code is designed to be more efficient and user-friendly, with new features that make it possible to work with binary data format. The code is also more reliable, with fewer errors and more accurate results.
