Support CSV, TSV or plain output in files and on screen

The formatting of the fitlist and most other outputs hinders the direct copy pasting to e.g. speadsheets.

Also, writing the fitlist to XML is useful, but parsing the XML is complicated. Other output formats should be implemented.
